Booking Appointments

• Scheduling: All appointments must be scheduled in advance, either through our website, by phone, or via email. Bookings are subject to availability.

• Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with the appointment details.

• Recurring Services: Clients may schedule weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings. We recommend consistent scheduling to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Payment Terms

• Payment Due: Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and select mobile payment apps (e.g., Cashapp, Zelle).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

• No-Show Policy: If our cleaners arrive at your property and are unable to access it, a full-service fee may still be charged.

• Emergency Cancellations: We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

Access to Property

• Client Responsibility: Please ensure that our team has access to your property at the scheduled time. You may choose to provide a key, code, or ensure someone is present.

• Pets: Please secure any pets during our visit for the safety of both your pets and our team.

Service Guarantee

• Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address the issue promptly.

Health & Safety

• Our team follows strict hygiene and safety protocols. If someone in your household is sick or has tested positive for a contagious illness, please let us know so we can reschedule the appointment accordingly.
